If carving is in stock upon your order, I will ship immediately. If it is sold I will make a custom order the same as the sample photo shows. Each carving is a one of the kind piece of art so minor differences will occur naturally. On custom orders not in stock you will not be charged until your order is shipped. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders. On all special orders, birds not shown on web site, a deposit of one half down is required with the balance due upon shipping of order. Flat Rate Shipping of $7.50 with online orders (U.S. only). I strive to put the very highest quality in every bird I carve and all birds are guaranteed as follows: You have 15 days to examine your carving, if for any reason you are not happy please return to me for an exchange or full refund - whichever you prefer.
